Paralegal – Conveyancing 

You are a highly organized and detail-driven professional who understands what it takes to manage a high-volume residential conveyancing practice with accuracy and confidence. You work efficiently and independently, while contributing to a collaborative team environment. You take ownership of your files, communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, and take pride in delivering exceptional service from contract to close. You are responsive, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where deadlines matter and client care is paramount.

This is a full-time position with flexibility to work remotely or from our Whistler or Squamish office.

Client Services Coordinator

You are a proactive team player who understands what it means to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients. You work efficiently and are able to manage a diverse task list without breaking your stride. You are a dynamic individual that can anticipate client needs and respond proactively and you take pride and ownership in all of your task to foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
