Graham C. Laschuk

Profile

Graham has been practicing law for over 23 years, and is now primarily a family law lawyer.

In 1994, he was called to the bar in Saskatchewan, where he was born and raised. In Saskatchewan and later Alberta, he practiced mainly civil litigation, first in the private sphere and later for the federal government. He was called to the BC bar in 2016, and since then, has specialized in family law.

As a senior lawyer, he has practiced at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of BC. He takes on difficult cases, such as parental alienation, relocation of children, custody (parenting time) disputes, child or spousal support cases, and complex property division. Graham is comfortable and skilled in all settings, whether inside or outside the courtroom, but his focus is resolving matters out of court wherever possible. He takes his role as advocate seriously, and will advance your interests with integrity and passion.

Graham is fully qualified in Collaborative Law and is a member of Collaborative Divorce Vancouver. He sees the great benefit that comes from this model, which not only keeps emotional stress, costs and conflict low, but also is very much geared to protecting children.

Graham also advises clients in wills, personal planning and estate administration.

Along with his passions of hiking, skiing, biking, pickleball, reading and playing guitar, Graham gets tremendous joy spending time with family and friends.
